Sacred Fire v Aero Blast
Aero Blast just has a little bit of crit chance
sacred fir is stronger
it can thaw out of frozen
it is physical
attacks
ho oh has 130 phys attack matching its sacred fir phys
ho oh has brave bird while lugia has dragon rush and brave bird is better by far
lugia is a defensicve pokemon and does not have much good attacks (for the "lugia is super strong guy")

maybe, for some of the pokemon that you will be changing the stats for like tauros should be delayed since pokemon like tauros will be getting a new evolution and the "3rd evolution" or "3rd stage" (forgot exactly) might evolve 2nd stage suckies like butterfree to a decient pokemon. so....you can wait on stat balancing until more news on pokemon black and white
since it comes out september 18 and PU is dated this year, you'll have plenty of time to...

i took your advice and read the forum a bit more and my new opinion is that PU is being un-pokemon and just a like any other korean MMORPG instead of the unique japanese pokemon
