Quiz time !

I ll make 5 questions every week . they are all probably about Pokemons .
 
rules :
- the first who answer a question right will get 1 Qzp ( Quiz points)
- who has the best score will be the Quiz master 
- i won t accept any answer just by posts
- you can participate just one time until the next Quiz
- ON means Q is available
- OFF means Q was answered   

note : rules can be updated every Quiz

Q:1 ON (Hard)

 it inflicts damage and will always deduct 40 HP from the target's current HP. It has no secondary effects and does not take type into account ?

stupid participate only once rule, i think i figured out the answer to number 3, not to mention, i should have been able to get number 5 no problem
