Maybe the client could recognize that you have clicked on the X-Button on the right top. That would be good.
There are a lot more ways to close the client. E.g. with the Task Manager or by right-clicking the icon on the taskbar and choosing close. So that is far from good. Of course it will suck if you get disconnected because of connection problems, but there is no way to detect this. I'd rather make sure that the lamers get caught than make sure nobody gets punished unjustified.

Eventually, yes. Just don't expect it in the beta or first release. First priority is mouse+keyboard, second is solely keyboard, after that we'll go for controller.

I never listen to music on last.fm :3 I just use it to fill my last.fm library with the music I listen to so I can get recommendations for new bands and events. Also for the interesting top-lists it generates. I ofc also download/buy all my music. If you just use last.fm to listen to music you can never actually choose what you want to hear

Fire pokemon to let you cross lava rivers is a good idea. I'm against the ability of flying everywhere you want to, because it means everyone will just fly around (why walk if you can fly?) leaving the ground empty and boring. It also destroys the adventuring through a big unknown area and such.
