i think there should be a way to get at least one because in the pokemon games for the gameboy you can get at least one and usually two

Okay, you got a Mewtwo. Whoopty-freaking-doo. So does everyone else. Legendaries would RUIN an MMO. We've been over this a thousand freaking times.

Legendaries would cause an imbalance because they'd be overpowered. It will not happen.

I think people already answered this.
We are not Nintendo, we do not make copies of the gameboy games. No you can't catch legendaries.
