His father was once an elite four. His mother was a top coordinator back in her day. His brothers are both powerfull trainers and his sister is an outstanding coordinator. I decided to start an RP, so make sure you look at the OOCC and Profiles before you start posting. So you start in Littleroot town, and you get your First Pokemon from Proffesor Birch (Unless you're part of an evil organization, than you can choose a pokemon found in the wild, as long as it's not really rare or very powerful[so no ubers or pre-evos of ubers]) Then you start your journey.
If you get your starter from Proffesor Birch you may choose from:
Bulbasaur
Charmander
Squirtle
Chikorita
Cyndaquil
Totodile
Treecko
Torchic
Mudkip
Turtwig
Chimchar
Piplup
(Your pokemon will be able to learn up to eight moves)

This RP takes place in Hoenn. Hoenn has become more populated, and more pokemon have been transported from different regions to Hoenn. You choose your starter, and start on your journey. You can travel alone or with other people.
Here are the rules: You can see legendaries, but you can not catch or battle them.
In trainer battles, you have to be fair, you can't say that your pokemon dodges every time your opponent makes a move. You can not win all the time, because it's not fair and it makes a boring story. Your pokemon will not have levels, because it's too confusing. You cannot spam moves. You cannot use potions and other similar items during battles with other characters. You can not say that you knocked another characters pokemon into a wall or tree, that is their choice to make, but you can say that your pokemon jumped off of a tree or used a move on a tree.
You can start with:
Bulbasaur
Charmander
Squirtle
Chikorita
Cyndaquil
Totodile
Treecko
Torchic
Mudkip
Turtwig
Chimchar
Piplup
(you can not start with one of these pokemon if you are part of an evil organization)
