Would it be a good Idea for trainers to make their own Team/Clan/Organization w/e you want to call it once the game is out and we give it a little time before planing a team?

ex.  Team Rocket, Team Magma etc teams like that or Organizations..

-Okay a PokéNav to comunicate with other its atleast cool (idk if you already put in a comunication system to comunicate with ppl on the otehr side of the world)
-Also will there be like a 0.2% chance on finding shiny pokemons?
-it will be nice to add a Changeable Rotoms (not saying to put it just ideas)
- to get other starter pokémon you could try Game Conner (if able) that way people may sell, trade good pokemons that are hard to get (make pokemons expensive at game coner to ppl will work hard for them)
Make Gym Leaders, Elite Fours a real challange >=] im talking lv70+ or atleast start from lv 50 then each week/month there pokémons are a bit stronger

As you can see I only asked for the Sableye animation because I love it so much anyway these for me are some good ideas for everybody I hope >.<

(-Can you please make Sableye's animation (if they have) like the one from Emeral,Sapphire,Ruby version? where it just goes completely black like true Darkness T_T)

and I almost forgot I dont know if you done this, Will the pokémons have the exact same effort values? because without that trainers wont be able to really train their pokemons =\
