Title: [DONE] Infrastructure changes

I'm going to move a server to a new place, so the following services are not working:

The downtime is probably going to last for 1 or 2 hours. I'll be working as fast as I can to minimize this time.

Update: Maintenance is done and everything should work as normal again :)

The Balance Team have analysed and balanced 34% of the Pokemon in the game!!
