Ok so I was playing this game called pokemon cyrus. ( it isnt that impressive) And the catch rate % is so bad that even if you have the wild pokemon on 1 health it will sometimes take 10-20 pokeballs/great balls to catch if you get lucky. I was wondering if the rate % is gonna be simular to that game so it makes it harder for people to get as many pokemon or will it be like all the game boy games. Thanks

I don't know the catch rate in Pokemon Cyrus.
But we will use the official catch rates. (link (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Catch_rate))

ok sweet thanx

Yes, I advocate following the games as closely as possible in terms of battling and gameplay. Many of the features from the game will apply to PU as well.
-
Also, at some point people were talking about having player levels, so in theory, the higher your 'catching level' is, the higher your catch rate.
-
nice that sounds great
-
it does sounds pretty good, and the catch rate formula reminds me of Algebra class ???
-
Crap...
That algereic expression is too complex for me to identify... @.@
-
It's not too bad, the 4th root is the hardest bit..
-
Don't remind me of math classes..

Root..? What..? @.@?

Lol, these things will eventually come out in Maths, I passed through those, and there are a lot more to go through. Those equations, if you tell me, are easy to understand... but wow, if you saw all the uni ones :o

Now, I know nothing of Pokemon Cyrus, but judging from what you're saying... I hope this game's catch rate isn't THAT bad!
