Okay, so here's basically what's going on:
My computer says that it has an 'Excellent' connection to the internet. My family, who happens to be using the same router as me, have no problem. As of right now, there are two websites that I can successfully access: Google and Pokemon Universe.
Everything else... I get that litte circle that says the page is loading... and it just stops there. I've tried letting it sit, and it lasted three hours, just loading, before my battery died.
If it helps, I'm using windows XP with IE7.
Halp. :(

You've got google and PU, that's about all you need.
But seriously...
Try resetting your router.

Try to change browser? I don't like IE at all. Maybe Google Chrome, or Firefox?
-
Yes, what Jerry said, try Firefox.
-
Try another web browser, doesn't HAVE to be Firefox :)

Well, You have Google... If you couldn't get Google, that would be fairly serious.
This has nothing to do with the router...
You can try a different Browser, although I dont think thats the problem either.
Do you have Decent Antivirus software on your computer?
I need what Specs you can give on your Laptop's RAM Memory.

Could be an ip conflict accross the system. But it usually tells you if it is.

Many corrupt files, proxy servers, and RAEG fits later...
My internets are better now, but flash still refuses to function on IE, so I'm on Chrome now.

If you ever want to use IE again, (Unlikely) Try Updating Adobe Flash Player
