A few questions about this R.P:
One: Is this simply a battle scenario type R.P, or is there an actual story that will be pushed?
two: is one limited to battling or can they have a story line on their own that people can follow?
three: in this "X-fusion" what happens to the pokemon during this process, is it not around or is it in your head? if its in your head do you share feelings and thoughts with that pokemon, and following that logic would your pokemon have in depth understanding of your thoughts and feelings?
four: what do pokemon activists in this world think about fusing pokemon with people, are their anti groups against such types of battles or is everyone everywhere ok with this. If the latter is the case, why would everyone be ok with it?
five: What are these crystals, were they discovered or were they created? if an evil organization wanted to utilize them how would they go about doing it?
Six: These fusions are temporary, but do they have side effects like residual traits of the pokemon over an extended period of time, does your pokemon gain more human like traits like speech after living symbiotically with their trainer ?
seven: do these fusions only last for the deration of the match or do they last for a specific period of time. What effects to the body are there if you stay fused for an extended period of time ?
eight: Are you only allowed to fuse in specific areas or anywhere in the pokemon world, if so why?
nine: Lets say I wanted to play a character who was stuck in his fused form, does that make me a pokemon or a trainer, or something else. What happens to the pokemon if we cannot separate, do our minds simply meld or do we stay as separate entities?
ten: What benefits are their to fusing with a pokemon, why would it be a good thing to meld with your pokemon and batte other people, how was it sold to the public, how did it earn its reputation?
I have many more before I make a profile, I want to make sure its a well thought out R.P

one: No, there is a storyline, I would tell you, but that'd be spoiling it for you.
two:No you can have more than one pokemon, but only one can be used in X-fusion battles. Mostly because it wears down the trainer after fusing and defusing so much.
three:The pokemon fuses with the trainer, but they both have different minds, kinda like you temporarily have an alter ego.
four:To be honest, not all people are okay with this. there are people that think it disrespects the laws of nature, but it really dosent. Not many of them are in the main city.
five:They were discovered in the center of the Region and people have no idea where they came from. Some think ti came from a meteor that fell from the heavens. Others think that it has some sort of connection with Deoxys. And there are a few religious cults that think it's a gift from Arceus, havent decided if we would encounter them or not.
six: Supprisingly no, x-fusion has little to no affect with pokemon traits or human traits, at least not so far.
seven & eight:In both dome and training battles they only last until either you faint or win in a battle. Some people are trying to extract the power from the crystals to make the battles world-wide, but so far x-fusion battles only happen in Obligate. Specificly Oblivine City, but scientists are trying to spread it out through the region where Poke'dex's will be able to help with fusion battles, because otherwise they'd be useless. The reason why they cant just shift crystal braces everywhere is because they are limited, and right now they are trying to copy or extract the crystals power.
nine: Well then you'd be kindof a hybrid in a way, and yes, If you were somehow permenantly fused you will be able to use pokemon movesets and catch & train pokemon, but when you fuse with the pokemon permenently your stuck with the moveset and cant develope like a pokemon. Like say if you fuse with a Totodile permenently and his moveset is : bite, water gun, tail whip, and scratch, and lets say its level 20, you'd be stuck with that moveset and level for the rest of your life(and of course the rest of the pokemons life).
ten:Benifits: The stats of the pokemon are boosted by 40%, making a fused trainer more powerful than normal pokemon as long as he's fused.
extra answer: If your wondering if the trainer gets hurt or not, it CAN happen and has happened once before, thats why now when someone's paired for a battle in the dome, they can only battle people with similar levels. (Ex: lvl 20 pickachu trainer vs lvl 21 geodude trainer.

If you real through the R.P, it really drags, almost to the point that you would not want to join
What ever your story, you need to introduce an element that the R.P'ers can interact with.
My request is give me something to R.P WITH, at this point I am dealing with a bunch of empty towns with nothing going on, human interaction with the story only does so much

Question for you: because I'm new at owning an RP, does that mean I need to describe the sise of populations and mabye add certain details to the RP and it's area's, like mabye add actual organizations inside the region? Your on the right track, Think about video games for a second. When you play them, they introduce you to the mechanics of the game, then pit you against some easy low level creatures, finally giving you your objective for the rest of the game (beat X guy/organization, save X girl/boy, Find X amount of stuff, ect)
If you read what you have so far it is something like this

there was no confict, no opposing sides, even though they were fighting one another there was nothing too it, nothing to make a reader say "hey I want to join in"
Put a bad guy in there, someone to stir things up and make people focus on, make him hard to beat
Also I would include an opposition to your whole X-fusion thing, like there are protesters n'stuff
Think about it, what would PETA say if you fused with your dog to just battle someone?

If you do that, SHOW it, like right now the characters seem to be in the main city, make some noise right around there and we could have something to work with

One: he is level 75 and forty percent stronger than a normal lvl 75 dark rai
Two: Darkrai has been known to take out several pokemon at once with that move, and in his normal state he could go Toe to Toe with MEW TWO, meaning at this point Slade could Overpower even Mewtwo in battle, so your little goons aren't going to do jack against him

That's the point, their supposed to be wimpy and useless at first, the only thing they're good for is EXP points. But beware, they have a powerful pokemon in their possession that could easily take out mewtwo in one blow, but I wont reveal what it is yet.

Also this R.P only takes place in one region, so Leaving it to search for legends wouldn't be an available option to your character, any interaction with the outside regions must take place as backstory and once your character is in the R.P he is limited to that Region unless specified differently by Lugiafan98

At the level he is now, no he won't, however you have an advantage my character currently doesnt. Your pokemon, either newly captured or the one you have, can get stronger. Slade at this point is the second most powerful thing on the map, but the rules of this R.P say you cant get stronger while fused, and my guy is stuck that way unless I find a way to split them up, still though, a normal pokemon stands little chance.

Anyway, that's where I have to draw the line, you cant go to other regions because nothing is there for you. There are plenty of places to train. Like Jerume Forest, Belis Forest, and Obliv Mountain. For your character, I sugegst Obliv mountain to train, because it has many rock and fire types there, that gives your pokemon an advantage.

You have to see the show, I'm not mad at it because I watched Hellsing OVA, but I could not for the life of me find the last episode. It's about a vampire who fights the nazis, and he is the strongest vamp in the world. (he can't die, not even by what vampires get killed by, he just keeps coming back)

If anyone is going to Bolizia town, make sure they take into account that the bridge to that place has been totally demolished from the first confrontation between Slade and Shroud/Gedo, also the pokemart in Potural Town is pretty much wrecked, there is a hole in the concrete next to the pokemon center...oh and the lake Hovia got blown up too...and there is a giant crater next to there too....jeez this place got messed up

not a lot of time has passed though, so it should take at least a month *rp wise* of elapsed time for most of the damage, and that bridge was huge so it might take longer

Actualy, hyper beam wouldent do any damage in the first place, he's a ghost type, and that move was a normal type, so it dosent have any affect on him in the first place. Also, that isnt god modding, because he's not controlling your character, it's like he punched you and is now waiting for a response.

Now THAT's where I have to draw the line! If you dont remove your post or edit it DamagedEagle, I will kick you out of the RP. The boss is my character, and although he IS human (who is being controlled by a pokemon, I'll get into those details later in the RP.) you cant just control him, because he's my character and I control everything that happens with Team Oblivion. And plus Rob is right, and so is everyone else, that is godmodding, and I have full right to kick you out, I'm being nice since you already have three strikes. And another thing, you cant just go poof and teleport wherever you want. Flying: Yes, Train or underground passage: Yes, teleporting: A bit cheap dont you think? I forgot to put that in the rules, I'll try and fix that.

it's alright, just whatch your steps and make sure to ask about certain things like certain characters, like the leader of Oblivion or the President. You can make minor characters, like say a childhood freind, or a random cop, or an oblivion goon, but thats pretty much it. I control all the main characters (except roleplayers) in the RP because One, I made this RP, and two this entire region was my creation.
EDIT: Oh, and I'll keep that in mind Jerry.

Okay, I'm going to explain soemthing about relics, the first thing you need to knwo is that they only work for certain people, so far only me, Cortex, and Rob an use them. There are a total of three in the region so far, and they belong to certain elders across the region.
So far there are:
Necklace of Wisdom
Brace of Power
Belt of Courage
They can have the following effects on us:
Necklace of Wisdom: Gives hints and knowledge of certain things that involve the current situation.
Brace of Power: Can de-fuse ppeople, or give great power to the user, like say they can be wimpy, but then can hold a boulder with one hand.
Belt of Courage: Undecided.

If you need more clarification, if you find an important item in the story that the RP designer did not decide to give you, that will count as Gmodding, and Lugia will kick you. Second, you can't mention anything about the three lake legends, Azelf, Uxie, or Mesprit since it has been established that Lugia is controlling them. You need to edit your post. There are RP rules.

You need to edit your post, Cortex is right, I control the Legendaries in this story, and you CANT go relic hunting, none of them are found in Jerome anyway.

Cortex, Guillotine is a 1HKO move. Even if you took it like a boss (which you did), you'd faint.

Actually, guillotine will either miss or be ineffective, there are two messages that pop up in a battle. Ineffective means it hit, but did nothing.

Actualy, no, it dosent, theres a third one that says "It was a one-hit-KO!" in the pokemon games. It only does that with certain moves like guillotine.

I forgot the third one, yeah, there is one where it hits and is effective. i dont know why it says one hit ko if an opponent has lost a bit of health before hand.

probably because if the pokemon takes damage first it's ineffective.
