Something I always wanted in the games, when you meet a wild poke, why not have the option to choose which of your pokes go fight it?  Instead of always the first on your team?
Makes sense to me, guess its like that in the animes too, he meets a poke then choose which is best suited to deal with it... Also it would be really useful to train in game, instead of fleeing from the bad EV pokes, you send the poke you want that EV for... then again, I know, you're going to change the EV system... but yeah, still seems logical to me to get to choose the poke you send first
