There is a relatively new pokemon mmo out there called pokemon Revolution online.

Miss Wednesday and I have already joined about a week ago. I have to say is pretty great.

If anyone wants to join us then add us as friends in game. Of course my name is Roloc and miss changed her name to Missxatu.

News & Announcements / True Love
« on: April 10, 2015, 04:36:39 am »
Mia,

I love you and our two babies more then you will ever know. Since we first met in person for the first time in your front yard, you have given me that nervous feeling of a first date and you continue to give it to me every single day. Before we met I played WoW all day long and was content with my life. When we met I knew something was missing. There's no way I could ever go back to being the half a man I was before we met because now I know what it's like to be whole. I know I have told you many times how much you have changed me but I don't think you will ever fully understand the enormous impact you have made in my life. With my social anxiety I never went to any public gathering and refrained from going to any public social situation I could weasel my way out of. With you by my side, you give me the strength , courage and determination to go into those situations head first. The day we were walking over to my uncle's house so you could meet them, and I squeezed your hand tight as we held hands was so that I truly knew you were right beside me, keeping me calm and collected. Before you, I would never have went over there, I would have come up with some kind of excuse. The biggest regret in my life is the day I broke up with you. I think about it often and it always hurts me so much to know that I put you through that. I wish often that I could take it back like it never happened. To know that you put some one you love more then yourself in so much pain is hard to swollow. I know I've said it before but I will spend the rest of our lives together trying my best to make up for it and show you just how much you mean to me. When we first found out we were pregnant with or first son, you thought I was nervous about being a dad. Truth is, I was nervous about being a good dad. Would I be able to provide for him and you? Would I be able to teach him things? Would I simply be a good dad or would I be a sorry good for nothing dad like my own? These are the things I thought of when we first found out. It was one of my greatest fears, me being like my dad. Hitting on my mom, calling her names, and calling me names, all on a daily basis. I've always had a fear that I would be like him and it became a bigger fear when I knew I was gonna be a dad. But you comforted me and reassured me that I am not like him. It's helped me a lot. Now we have or second son. We have our family of four and it's the best feeling in the world. In a few years we will become a family of 5 with a little girl hopefully. I know you really want a girl. These are just a handful of the things that make my love for you so strong and ever lasting. I know PU holds a special place in both or hearts because it's where we first met each other and that's why I can't think of any better pace to tell you that I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I want us to be together forever. I want to grow old with you, mi amore.

*throws dusk ball*
You're mine.

Look beside you.

News & Announcements / Become a PU balance tester
« on: March 29, 2014, 02:21:34 am »
We previously had quite a few balance testers but sadly they have mostly all become inactive and have been removed. SO! I'm starting up a new competition to get new balance testers.

What is a Balance Tester?

The balance testers help the balancers by testing out the balanced pokemon and letting them know if something is balanced or unbalanced. A balance tester will have to type well thought out reasons on why they think a pokemon is balanced or unbalanced and discuss it in a separate part of the forums that normal members can't see. We need active balance testers, you don't have to work on it every day but some participation at least once a week is needed.

Okay so now on to the competition.

Balance Tester Competition!

I want you to choose from one of the new gen 6 mega pokemon and report on it. Any mega will do, but you can only do one that isn't being done already. Go into detail explaining why it is balanced or unbalanced. Then along side your analysis we want you to balance the same mega. Stat changes, move changes, ability changes, whatever you think the pokemon needs to become more on par with all other pokemon. But remember, megas are meant to be strong, they lose their ability to use an item in order to gain a temporary evolution.

analysis format:

Name: Pokemon (balanced or unbalanced)
Reason:

Balance format:

Name / Dex Number:
Old stats: 0 / 0 / 0 / 0 / 0 / 0 = 0
New stats: 0 / 0 / 0 / 0 / 0 / 0 = 0
Ability changes:
Move pool changes:
Reason:
Example set:

Megas are first come first serve. Post in this thread with the name of the mega you want to do to "claim" it. If the mega you wanted to do has already been claimed by someone then you will have to choose another.

When you are finished with your analysis and balance, you can post them here together in the same post. Keep this thread clean. No posting besides claiming a mega and posting your balance and analysis or any questions you may have. Do as best as oyu can on the balance and it just may be added into the game.

Pokedex Entries / Pokemon League Champion (King of the mountain style)
« on: March 19, 2014, 07:28:11 pm »
Thats right, another idea from Roloc. :D
My other two can be found in the links below.
Egg Pouch
Evolutionary Elixer

Champion Event

For this idea I was thinking that with the brutal 5 and gym leaders all being NPCs, the champion should be a player. Make it a kind of "king of the mountain" deal. This will be an event that is effect at all times as long as there are people participating.

Rules for the event:

1. The champ has to take all challengers. The challenger has to beat the brutal 5 first and then are able to challenge the champ. Challengers are put into a queue. Champion remains champion until the player logs off or is beaten.
2. If the champ loses, then the challenger becomes champ.
3. If the champ logs off, the next two challengers that were in queue are put into battle and the victor becomes champ.
4. If there was only 1 player in queue , they become champ without a battle.
5. If the server is offline for whatever reason, when it comes back up, there will be no champion. So, the first person to beat the brutal 5 becomes champion.
6. There should be a toggle switch for players who want to participate in this and those who don't. If a player has the Champion Event toggled off and you beat the Brutal 5, then the player will battle an NPC champion as always like in the official pokemon games.
7. Before the battles starts for a Champion Event battle, both the champion and the challengers' pokemon will be fully healed.
8. If a player has the Champion Event toggled off then normal rules of official pokemon games apply. The players pokemon will NOT be healed uppon battling the NPC champion.

Q & A (Coming soon when I get questions)
Q: Do challengers and the champion get their team fully restored after fighting the brutal five?

A: Since it's a PVP battle, yes. At the beginning of a champion battle, both the champion and the challenger's pokemon will be fully healed. But if the player has the Champion Event toggled off, then it will be just like the official pokemon games and your pokemon will NOT be healed when battling the NPC Champion.

General Chat / Balance Server battles on youtube!
« on: December 04, 2013, 08:10:28 am »
I forgot the info to the old balance server youtube channel so I made a new one.

Feel free to like/subscribe. Do whatever you feel. I'll be linking videos on here.
The first video is of a replay and it's likely that many more will be of replays. I will also add in some live battles from time to time as long as I remember to record them as they happen. xD

Thanks to Hiteryan for the opening/battle theme. :D
Hope you don't mind me using them.

Thats right! We have moved to POv2. Below you will find how you can join us.

We are on the server list of pokemon online, just search for PU MMO BalanceServer and double click it.

How to play on the balance server(POv2)

  • Do NOT unzip!!
  • Open Pokemon Online v2 and click "Teambuilder" (see pic)

  • At the top of the team builder  window you will see "Mods" Click it then click "Install new mod.."(see pic)

  • You will then get a "Install mod file" window. Find the mod file you downloaded, select it, then click open(see pic)

  • You will then be taken back to the team builder where you will click "Mods" at the top again and select "mod" After you have clicked "mod" you will see a small black dot next to it. (see pic)

Ideas & Suggestions / Pokemon Egg Pouch
« on: August 12, 2013, 01:05:13 am »
This is my second idea, the first being the Evolutionary Elixir.

Pokemon Egg Pouch

My idea this time is another bag slot that will act just like the TM case, Berry pouch, key items pouch, etc. This bag slot can be called "pokemon egg pouch" or "egg pouch". It will hold an unlimited number of pokemon eggs. IF there are 6 pokemon in the party when an egg hatches, a pop up will show you what hatched and then be sent to the box automatically, just like when catching a pokemon when you already have 6 pokemon. If you don't have 6 pokemon in your party, all hatched pokemon will join the party until your party is full and the rest will be sent to the box.

Now, in the pokemon games, you can have a maximum of 5 eggs on you at a time, you hatch those 5, then you have to go to the pokemon box and deposit those pokemon in the box and then go collect more eggs.  This can be a hassle for breeders when they are looking for certain natures/abilities/etc, they don't have to run to the box every 5 eggs hatched.

This is really just to keep breeders from having to go from the daycare, to the box, then back to the daycare SOOOO many times while breeding.

Thanks for reading and please feel free to ask any questions and please tell me what you think. :D

Q & A

Q: I have 6 pokemon in my party, where do the hatched pokemon go?
A: When your party is full, all hatched pokemon are shown in a popup and then sent to your storage box.

More Q&A to come when more questions are asked.
