No. You can only submit your changes to us. It's best to just do several smaller changes instead of one huge change.

Currently we have a complete outline of the first island. It is however not completely filled yet. Our goal for at least the first release is to have a complete island with plenty of areas to explore.
Furthermore, the areas that are filled at the moment are still very static. For example there are a lot of closed forests and not many places to go off-road from the main road. In the end we want to have a very open world that is unlike the official Pokemon games. Think sandbox games like TES:Oblivion and Grand Theft Auto or other MMO's like WoW and Lord of the Rings Online. There may not be a lot of exciting things around every corner, but at least you can go to every corner.
Lastly, the world needs to become more diverse. Our art team is working hard to create more and more extra nature content. These will get added into the mapeditor. We would then like the mappers to use those to make our nature a more interesting place to explore. If you need tiles which are currently not available in our map editor feel free to post suggestions.

Hello everyone! Have you ever wanted to help the development of Pokemon Universe without being tied to the team? Are you creative and have a big imagination? Do you want to be part of the creation of PU's unique world? If your answers to the above questions are true, THIS may be something for you! It is the first step to getting our great community involved in the development of PU. We provide an easy to use tool to edit our map and all changes done by users will be reviewed by the PU team before they get processed into the official map. Let's make an amazing and exciting world, together.

Why is it called pre-beta anyway? I mean why not just beta, since the crew wants everything to be (almost) perfect in the public version, then it's not really a beta-version anymore, right?
Of course it is. A beta version should have all features. We make the beta as perfect as we can and then let the community prove us wrong (which will always happen). What's the point in releasing a beta when you know it has bugs? The point is to let people find bugs that we couldn't find ourselves and to get large-scale feedback on things like usability.

The PU folder can be anywhere. Are you sure you have installed Go correctly with all the environment variables (GOROOT, GOBIN, PATH:GOBIN)?
I'm not 100% sure I installed Go correctly but this is the tutorial I followed.

Look me up on the chat. It's easier than doing this on the forum

Partnership with Nintendo won't happen.
I hate to say it, but if Nintendo shuts us down, we're probably moving on to something completely different. Me and Mr_Dark already have a couple of plans (which will remain secret foreverrrrr)
