Dream eater won't work because Dark type pokemon are immune to Psychic types attack. Magical leaf, however, can work.

i did not know dark types are immune to psychic attacks

The only way to beat it is to ether take is ability of use Forsite and hit it with a fight move.

Nah, Scrappy by Kangaskhan does the trick. And Kangaskhan can learn some fighting moves.
