I guess Abra and other pokemon like him that don't learn offensive moves early or at all are pretty annoying if you don't give them a TM.

Abra can at least get you out of battles and getyou to your last pokemon center if you don't have fly yet. Caterpie can at least perform attacks.
All magikarp can do is pick on little kids at the beach.

Use a splash attack!

Well... when you think about it... I don't even think magikarp is big enough to bully psyduck. His splashes would never be big enough.

Skorupi? Seriously? Skorupi isn't even considered a kind of weak Pokemon. Anyway I voted Unown, but Sarah Palin is obviously weaker then any of the above.

all jokes aside it can't be sara because if pokemon were real she'd just capture them like everyone else i mean even a baby can throw a ball
i seriously think abra is the weakest or anypokemon that learns no offensive attacks.... but i say abra cuz he has no offensive attacks and no defence... i mean thats kinda bad so naturally i think its abra...

magikarp can be really useless but after it evolves gyarados its really good same with abra but i cant say the same about caterpie, it evoles to metapod who seriosly its worst than magikarp he really does nothing, then it evolves to to buttefly which is a little better but still is a gay biuterfly.
