There is a penalty for running from player battles. You automatically lose.

1. No thread bumping please.

2. How would that happen? ???

You are walking in tall grass... another trainer is walking in tall grass... you won't ever get the same pokemon encounter where you have to choose who to battle the wild pokemon. In that case, both would battle the pokemon (there will be two pokemon).
No one can go back and change a bad beginning; but anyone can start now and create a successful ending.
If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If it cannot be solved what is the use of worrying?

Currently playing Pokemon XY/ORAS/Shuffle and Clash of Clans and testing out PokemonRevolutionOnline and Dragonmon Hunter....
Also, forum notification emails are not getting in my inbox... again...

Okay, let there be an event... events will allow both trainers to get the pokemon in question. If there was a competition, and the prize is a pokemon or something else, that'd probably not be held in tall grass or where there is random pokemon encounter. :-\
