THE STORY SO FAR
In the world of pokemon their are to kinds of pokemon: the normal pokemon and, what the human people who try and catch us, pokemon call shiny pokemon or differently coloured pokemon. A Milotic decided against being the one who was battled mostly because of its colours. After finding out about other shiny pokemon, the Milotic left its home and came to a cave where it sent out a message to all shiny pokemon stating the following:
"Dear shiny pokemon, I am a shiny Milotic who is sick of being attacked by humans because of my colours. I am calling all other shiny pokemon to help me build a colony of shiny pokemon. We will protect each other from humans and grow our land. Please come join me at the beach near the human settlement of Slateport City. I've driven everyone of the beach so come.

NO POKEMON SWITCHS UNLESS OWNER ALLOWS
ALL JOINING INFO MUST BE PMED TO ME/OWNER
THE MAYOR/LEADER MUST BE CHOSEN BY EVERYONE

Your rules are not clear at all...

1. "NO EVOLVED FORMS UNLESS YOUR ALLOWED BY OWNER"

I think it's unfair that you are the only evolved pokemon... don't you think so?

2. "OWNER"

What are you referring to by saying 'owner'? I thought that the shiny pokemon here will be free ???

And please, learn to type properly in your posts.

Well, you didn't answer... what I meant was that you started as an evolved pokemon. So, why should others not pick evolved pokemon too?

I have a couple of aussie friends, and they DON'T write like this at all.

But I have to admit, not allowing others have evolved forms, and you haveing one is a bit unfair...

Not to mention, Duotent isnt active enough to do this.

He would have responded by now if it werent the case.

My Solution: Wait.
Detailed Solution: On 1 month of this RP (meaning: After its been on for one Month) I will lock this.

If Duotent still fails to respond after a week, deletion.

If you have an RP, be active enough to maintain it.
