I assume on average your Eevee meets one dragon types a day, 1x365=365. You fight 365 on average. 1/10 of 365 is 36.5. So your Eevee has beaten 37 or 36 dragon types. I'm assuming the dragon types are low leveled.. so you gain like... 100 exp on average. 36x100=3600. Your Eevee is like.. level 10-15.

Lubbies, it's okay for you to see a Cobalion (I think that's what you said it was), but you can't have it be going to Zekrom or Reshiram. I've kinda already done something with both of them, both of them being 'rocks' at the moment.
