Nope, Ambipom requires Headbutt which is not a starting move
And raticate has Superfang, which can guarenteed bring any pokemon under 10 health in exactly 7 moves, regardless of the level difference

Train what right? The Ratticate? You can train it perfectly but its still 1-2HKO's by just about everything o.o

In any case, I'm pretty sure this is a field egg-group team.
