What Is The Cutest Starter Pokemon?

My Pokemon-Universe team is going to be based on Harley's, but I need a starter pokemon  :-\ Non of Harley's pokemon are starters so I've decided to pick a CUTE one! What starter Pokemon do you think is the cutest?

Note: Mudkip, Tepig, Oshawott and Snivy are out of the question I REFUSE to use them.

Currently playing Pokemon XY/ORAS/Shuffle and Clash of Clans and testing out PokemonRevolutionOnline and Dragonmon Hunter....
