What does OOCC mean in Roleplay?

I keep seeing  OOCC in roleplay threads, but I don't know what it means....Help?  ???

I think it stands for

"Out of Character Chat" If not then thats pretty much what you do in an OOCC.

Its where Roleplayers can discuss where the Roleplay is going and discuss it with the respt of the Roleplayers.
