I received your PM rocks. The education in Utopia is standard: grade school, high school, college. It's very refined, and the best any one can get. The underlands however, do not have an education system, but follow a medieval caste system. What that means is you're born into a trade, and you learn that trade, and if you don't, you either become a trader, a beggar, or a run away.

Le Edit: Lugia, post is smaller than required content. Please modify. Merchants carry junk , spare parts, and basic weaponry, plus he is not a special character, you can control him, but he has no money, and will only do fair trades. For small post, you have one warning.

I think  by "standard laws" Cortex means the basic things most society's have- no killing, etc.

Hey rocks, you post does not mention the crisis in Utopia at all. I'm sure a school full of faculty and students would hear about insectoroths attacking. Not only that, you didn't even bring up the fact that construction is going on as well. The idea of RPing is not only to write as a character, it also requires a bit of reading as well.
