Ok, I just wanted to know. I'll still give it a shot, despite how restrictive it is.

I don't know if I'll use it for the tourney, but I'm thinking about having a crawdaunt with choice sash for greater speed, then crabhammer and nightslash to try to get a crit coupled with adaptability. That should mess up quite a few pokemon. I'm not sure about the other two moves. If he didn't have the choice item, I might try hone claws, but I'm not sure he could last long enough for any buffs. Maybe baton pass something, though. Superpower would help coverage.

I'm glad the IP worked for all of you. :D

@Chad
A scarf sound like it would work pretty well on him but thats something you would have to test and see. Miss Wednesday runs one with DD and it always does well. :)

I guess if DD works for Missy, then it could work for me. He's not the bulkiest pokemon, but he's not the frailest either.

Hey guys I have been working on my mixed team for some time now and I think I have it pretty much as good as its going to get. But I would just like to post it to make sure I'm not missing anything. Any ideas? Thanks.

Dewgong (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Calm Mind
- Roar

Chandelure (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball
- Hidden Power [Water]

Lucario (F) @ Wise Glasses
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Nasty Plot
- Vacuum Wave
- Dark Pulse
- Psychic

Butterfree (F) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Compoundeyes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Quiver Dance
- Sleep Powder
- Hurricane
- Bug Buzz

Electivire (M) @ Expert Belt
Trait: Motor Drive
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Wild Charge
- Ice Punch
- Brick Break
- Earthquake

Sawsbuck-Win (Sawsbuck-Winter) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Sap Sipper
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Horn Leech
- Retaliate
- Wild Charge
- Jump Kick

The whole point of this team is for each pokemon to be able to either be immune by type or ability for one of its team members. For example if I see an Earthquake about to be used on either Lucario or Electivire I can switch to Butterfree safely and save my other pokemon.

***"boosts" means the pokemon has an ability that causes it to take no damage from a type of attack and causes it to get a boost. Ex: Sap Sipper on Sawsbuck makes it take no damage from grass attacks and increases its attack by 1 stage when hit by it.
***"heals" means the pokemon gets healed when its hit by a certain type of attack. Ex: Dewgong gains HP when hit by water type attacks.

ground - 1 immune
fire - 1 boosts
water - 1 heals
grass - 1 boosts, 1 4x resist
dark - 1 4x resist
electric - 1 boosts
rock - 1 4x resist
ghost - 1 immune
fighting - 1 immune, 1 4x resist
bug - 1 4x resist
ice - 1 4x resist
normal - 1 immune
poison - 1 immune

psychic, dragon, steel, flying are the only types I don't either have a 4x resist to or a complete immunity to.

and those types I have plenty to kill them with
psychic I have ghost, dark and bug attacks
steel I have ground, fighting and fire attacks
dragons I have 2 ice attacks
flying I have ice and electric attacks

Sooo any suggestions to make it better? :)

that's an interesting mixed team roloc. I think volcarona could be troublesome, but you prob have a strategy against it.

@ Roloc: A cleric and spinner / poison type would be handy (status moves and T-spikes), but other than that this team is pretty epic.

@ Roloc: A cleric and spinner / poison type would be handy (status moves and T-spikes), but other than that this team is pretty epic.

I thought about giving Sawsbuck aromatherapy and use it as a kind of cleric. Dunno how good it will be though with it having scarf for an item. As for the spinner/poison type I don't really fear them all that much. some times they can be a pain but usually never a problem. I wish Noah would check PU I would like his feedback. I was really hoping I missed something and you guys would of had some ideas but I think this team is as good as its going to get. Which makes me sad XD

@Blades The suggestions I have for your team are below. Team is looking good man. I would like to see it in action. :)

EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Quiver Dance
- Sludge Bomb Psychic
- Bug Buzz
- Energy Ball

Skuntank (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Aftermath
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Sucker Punch
- Night Slash Gunk Shot
- Hone Claws Coil
- Shadow Claw

The only thing I really see is that you should lead with Gallade. Its your dark attack soaker and you need to save it for whne you need it.
