Dexoys.
It's Lv. 100,
and has the moves:

Nasty Plot
Dark Pulse
Recover
Pyscho Boost
Depends on it's nature as always nature.
Holding Item:Life Orb

It's in the mystery gift in the menu for Black 2 and White 2.

Tickles:
I kind of stopped playing that game because there is absolutely nothing to do afterward. I might get deoxys just to increase my pokedex a little more. Thanks for the info.

Roloc:
Miss Wednesday and I just did ours. I got a rash one and she got a modest one. Had to restart mine over like 5 times to get the rash one. xD
