For those wondering how you fit that many people's houses onto the map, it's a lot like the real world.

Big apartment buildings can hold maybe 100 people, and there can be multiple buildings. For people with enough cash, there will probably be 100 or so individual houses, the ability to rent rooms in random npc's houses in various towns, shared houses (maybe 2-6 bedroom), maybe even beach huts and canal boats!

Player accomodation will be used instead of "filler" buildings that appear in the official games. Because there are so many buildings, there might be a poster or symbol on the outside of buildings which have no purpose other than as player rooms, so you don't waste your time looking inside for quests.

haha sharing houses sounds cool as hell. I'm starting to get real excited now >:D

Yes, that's also something we will implement, but to own a guild house you need to fit more requirements than for a normal apartment (the only requirement for that is that you can pay the rent).

Maybe in the guilds. members would be able to pitch in to pay the rent. frat house style

That's up to the guild leader. He can just ask for money from his members.

If you could update the guild house like was said earlier what if one of the updates was apartment rooms in the guild house? Then the apartment rentals could help pay for the building for the guild.

Also I know the prefix system was suggested as an achievement but wouldn't it make more sense if it was a prefix of your clan. Like sat as an example I'm in Team magma it would say [Mag] Tater160. This would help make it more obvious to rival clans.

What I find not so good about the villa is that you cannot move things around, or add things of your own choice to it.
No one can go back and change a bad beginning; but anyone can start now and create a successful ending.
If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If it cannot be solved what is the use of worrying?

this will be cool, :) everything should be pretty expensive though because owning a house in a certain area should be a great accomplishment, or even house in different town are differnt prices and some would be nicer than others

I'm not really that into the whole roleplaying thing, I'd just like to play the game competivily.. So the house thing, do they have any practical aplicance? For example, does your pokemon get an extra boost of somekind for resting in a homely enviroment? Or maybe your own character? Rested xp has already been denied, so that's out of the picture.. so is the houses only for apperance?? it just seems a bit boring to me.. I don't see why you'd want to spend money on them unless they generate some kind of an advantage.. unless you're a roleplaying person that is.. Do you have anything in mind here? :s

No. Read the FAQs. They won't be catchable.

And what does catching legendaries have to do with customizable home?
