3/10 because of the scroll bar, and ever since Aaelron came around and so many Shoop artists joined, Rex's banners have been even more crap than usual in comparison to the banners of people like Swiush and Yuki.

What can I say? I make quick and cheep banners. If you want your banner in less than an hour come to me, if you want a cool one go to one of the others, and it could take months...

I used to make sigs like that until i realized that it is incredibly hard to do overlays like that unless their going onto a abstract background where the colors help hide the edges. =/

Maybe try having them overlap the edges like i did in mine and save it as a .PNG
