As long as there are trolls, there is a Cool Horses League.
Besides, CHL is hosted by Mr_Dark's and Urmel's Cool Horses Alliance. Add Frencfry into the mix, and you've got a pretty solid base plan.

PowerPoke's and Rex's? Not so much.

I know I'm guilty, too, but the only reason I made mine so early is because I figured everybody would only join the two that were already made, and there would be none left for mine.
