Stories are more than just bare-knuckle excitement. It's these quiet parts where character relationships develop.

Sent it. Waiting on mr Pokemon nao.
The thrill in playing a game does not come from our chances of winning. It is the weight and pressure of losing that fuels our fascination. It is why people challenge, why they gamble and why they compete. The adrenaline that comes from defying defeat is what motivates us.

Or a lack thereof

Being a residual schizophrenic, my character isn't allowed to make many friends, is antisocial, and can be just plain weird. Plus the bonus of not being a complete freak by being residual (only shows a few sympotoms; mild shizophrenia) yet get to be a bit of a masochistic psychopath who thinks everyone plots against him while trying to find out what the hell happened with his love interest.

Plus its a nice crutch to write with, I haven't played as a character with a mental disorder yet.
Fwy may be my onwy fwiend in it (thats how i heard this sentence in my head)

This is one of my more fleshed out characters, the last good one was probably, actually, the pokemon RP Mr Pokemon made.

Mr Pokemon has a knack for thinking up RP plots. Omnicide is sure getting popular.
By the way, did you happen to notice the subtle reference I made to Richard Nixon right here?
Stefan said:
"The worst part of Omnicide is the goddamn people."
Nixon said:
"Politics would be a helluva good business if it weren't for the goddamn people."

Its a bit of a stretch, honestly. I took American history in grade 11, did a report on Nixon, I know that quote well, and it still went over my head, mostly because the only relation the two share is the phrase "goddamn people".

Well, think of it like this, because it's pretty much what Stefan was saying:
"Omnicide would suck a whole lot less if it weren't for the goddamn people."
Truth be told, I just like the way Nixon said "goddamn people".

So, I'm supposed to be Platoon commander on cadet field day tomorrow, meaning I'll be in charge of 30 kids with assault rifles. Is this win?
On a side note, only just realised how much of a tune Like Toy Soldiers by Eminem is :)

I dunno, it depends if those kids have discipline, if yes, then you have a soldier thta you can mold into whatever you want.

I remember that song from when i was about 11.

Discipline is actually pretty good, so long as I shout hard enough. Bit nervous though, responsibility and me never seem to go well together :P
