Forced to wear a crazy outfit and get candy?  I don't get it.  I loved Trick or treating.  Though I think I like Halloween better at college.  I'm quite enjoying the outfit my GF is wearing.

I like going trick or treating, don't get me wrong, i was forced to where costumes i don't like, And I was sick both times, i count that as forced.

Well, that sucks.  Anyway up for a battle I'm bored, Have no school work and I don't have to leave for work for an hour.

Do what i do for trick or treating wear normal clothes and when you knock on the door and they ask "what are you meant to be?" just say a nudist on strike if you want you can even make a sign to wear saying nudist on strike it's the best costume when your stuck for money and can't buy any costumes.

Or do what i did at a halloween party once, i went in normal cloths and when everyone asked me what i was i said i was a muggle.

I dress up as god and tell people that the world is ending tonight. I tell them that if they pay me 50 dollars I will let them into heaven. It works kinda well, I get loads of money, but have to run from the police to keep it.

Wow, just wow.  Really you've never gone Trick or treating?  That blows my mind.  I mean I went every Halloween til I was 16.  Now I just go to Halloween parties where instead of candy, I get beer.

Me neither, it isn't really a big thing over here. I believe this is only popular in America . Also, letting your kids walk alone down the streets, knocking on some strangers doors... This doesn't sound like a good idea to me.

They usually dont walk around alone. They are usually followed by a mob of parents wherever they go, just at a distance.

I just bought a damn bag of candy this year. Too much effort to go around from door to door for individual pieces of candy.
