Can you make me an avatar? I want Blue's HG and SS sprite for the trainer sprite, and for the pokemon sprites, I want Absol and Typhlosion. I don't know a good place to get awesome backgrounds, so if you can give me a link I can find a background I like.

I don't know what background you are looking for. But try Yahoo Images.

Also just begin with the type of background or just two colors with "Background"

Like "Black and White Background" or "Final Fantasy Backgrounds"

Also @ Dark Knuckles. Still a little bit cofused. Do you want an Avatar with the Pokemon and trainer. And a Sig of the spreadsheet or the other way around of both or what?
