Ice Darts:
Type-Ice

Accuracy-95
Details-The user freezes the water droplets into icicles, then throws them at the target. Attacks 3-6 times. This attack cannot affect fire type pokemon. Becomes more accurate if the pokemon's HP is at 50% or lower.
