spirit:
sounds good, lets play

Phosphorous:
Name: Todd Powroznick
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Race: Esper
Primary DNA; Xatu (Psychic/Flying)
Secondary DNA; Jolteon (Electric)

Apearance: [HUMAN]: Todds true appearance has been altered from his normal state now that he's been overpowered by the addicting injections. Todd is about 5feet 7inches tall, and has real pale/light green looking skin. His nails are bit longer and sharper than usual. He has two normal looking human eyes, and one oddly black colored centered eye on his forehead. His hair is short and is as white as snow. It's spiked back like it's jelled into individual spikes. He has 2 long strands of hair coming down from his side burns with what looks like almost a tribal bead thing going on. He hates his appearance even though it's not as bad as he makes it to be, and it's easy to hide any real Esper appearance. His body is usually very warm to the fact it's almost like he holds an electric current inside of him.

[BATTLE FORM]: When transforming into his battle form, he gets shorter than his human form although he still somewhat resembles his human form a bit more. His face shapes into a more bird look, with his nose and mouth turning into a bright yellow beak. His finger and toe nails become longer and sharper, and his main color is yellow. All his eyes are opened, and pitch black. His hair grows longer still with the spike looked. He has two white spiked feather wings on his back, but still hasn't gotten the hang of long distance flying.

[MOVES]:
Physical-
1.Tap Wave- He must touch someone for this move to work. He sends an electric current through the person/pokemons spine to paralyze them for a good amount of time through his palm. Can burn his palm if done wrong.
2. Caving Wings- His wings retract around himself covering most of his body, and almost like a thunderbolt surrounds him through the friction of his feathers creating a shielding electrical charge + his wings. (for defense)
3.Slash- If the opponent is within reach Todd can use a regular slash with his stronger nails, and slice deep into their skin with a chance of causing paralysis.
4. Acute Senses- His third eye sharpens all of his senses, and skills.

Special-
1.The Illusionist- If the opponent stares into his foreheads centered eye, they'll loose their sense of "true" site, and see him where's he's not truley standing. (basically you're throwing your moves into the wrong direction, not really a dodge).
2.Shock Pulse- Shocks the heart of another person to attempt to bring them back to life is close to death. When used on himself his body gets heated up and is damaged, but can fight and get back up with some serious wounds. If overused it can his cause death due to over fatigue.
3.Choke- Can use his psychic ability for a small period of time to choke his opponents using all 3 eyes.
4.Corrupted Instinct- When in a serious state of mind all 3 eyes widen up, Todd loses control of ALL human instinct, no sympathy or remorse who and what ever is around. It lasts until he gets fatigued or someone restrains him well enough (though it won't be easy).  He sends electric pulses everywhere; frying the life of anything. His psychic ability and 3 eyes let him see things much slower than they really are, and can dodge most attacks. Not much strategy in his attacks, just in a powered frenzy.

I'll think of more later :P

[BACKGROUND]: I'll come back and edit this later too, i need to do some stuff around the house right now. xD

Level5Pidgey:
Name: Alex Cook
Age: 20
Gender: M
Race: Esper
Pokemon DNA[Primary]: Pidgeot (Flying)
Pokemon DNA[Secondary]: Glaceon (Ice)

Appearance:-Human
As a human, Alex looks pretty normal. He has medium length brown hair, a bit wavy. He's thinly built, but rather tall - so he looks a bit like a twig. He has a fairly nondescript face, apart from his eyes - which appear to radiate a cool indifference. He generally looks apathetic to the happenings around him - rarely feeling the need to crack a smile. Alex also generally wears light brown clothing, to compliment his love for the Pidgey line of Pokemon Species.

                  -Battleform(Espers only)
Alex's battleform is less of a form than a presence. This is because in his battleform, rather than radiating indifference, Alex's eyes radiate freezing (sublimated) vapour that interfere with sight and senses. Alex's breath is also turned into a blizzard wind as he exhales, which numbs and slows opponents.
If you were to ever see Alex in this form, he would appear still human - but pale as a ghost, cold as a ghost - and at times even incorporeal. He gains wings in this form, that merge with his arms - and extend further as Pterosaur wings did. The feathers of his wings are organic, but are structured such that when air blows through them they create a howling cacophony.
Alex also gains crests like Pidgeot's head crest that flow from his forehead, shoulders, and down his spine.

Moves;

Flying:
- Flight: Alex can fly, hover, etc.
- Light Presence: Alex does not make sound, or displace air when he moves. Alex also moves faster due to having less air resistance.
- Gust: Alex can trap his opponents in a mini-tornado - any debris in the tornado can strike the opponent for damage.
- Toss: Alex can throw his opponents around with powerful blasts of air. Collisions with the ground, etc. deal damage.
- Deflect: Powerful blasts of air can slightly offset the trajectory of attacks, increasing their chance to miss.
- Wind Burden: Alex exerts a force on the opponent that severely hampers their movement - slowing them.
- Wing Batter: Alex's wings are not flimsy, and he can use them to batter his opponent, sometimes cutting them with sharper feathers.

Ice:
- Chilling Presence: Being in Alex's cold presence slows enemies.
- Sublime Cover: The Sublimation of Alex's soul creates a thick vapour screen that is extremely hard to see through. Enemies in this screen can barely see, smell, and hear. Alex moves faster in this screen and retains use of his senses.
- Icy Touch: If Alex clutches an enemy with his hand, they are frozen in place.
- Gangrene: In the cold, blood circulation is slowed. Any moves that cut the opponent's flesh creates an infection that deals constant damage.
- Icy Blast: Alex can freeze the air around him into sharp ice shards, that can be flung at the opponent.
- Self Sublimation: Alex can turn incorporeal for short periods at a time, resisting all physical damage.

Background:
Alex was a new trainer who chose a Charmander as his starter Pokemon, but, he very quickly learned that the Charmander was not at all interested in battle, and preferred  to play with other Pokemon and socialise. At first, Alex was extremely frustrated about this, and hated that he had picked the wrong Pokemon for his goals - but realised that forcing Charmander to stay with him, and fight beside him would be akin to enslavement, and that he should respect Charmander's goals - not just his own. Alex reconciled with Charmander, and they became great friends, but Alex's hunger for adventure began to grow stronger, and he discussed this with Charmander. They decided that Charmander could live with another family with pet Pokemon, or stay with Professor Oak - and when Alex was a great Pokemon Trainer, he would return and Charmander could adventure with him, not battling, but socialising with Alex's new Pokemon.
Alex gave Charmander to his childhood friend's family - who already had a Growlithe and Mareep for Charmander to play with.

Alex started his journey with no Pokemon - just the experiences of Pokemon friendship he had gained from his time with Charmander - and so he set off with a different plan in mind. From Charmander, he deduced that there would be other Pokemon in the wild who don't want to fight, and might even have a family to attend to. The idea of taking a Fearow from a nest of eggs frightened Alex greatly - he didn't want to take a Pokemon who didn't want to go.
Alex stayed near his home in Pallet for long, despite officially being on his journey. He never walked in his door however, but slept outside, on route 2 - just letting the Pokemon become familiar with his existence. He studied how they moved, interacted and the like - and it impacted on Alex heavily, turning him away from the meaningless interactions between humans - and showing him the great nature of life and its meaning.

Finally, after 2 long weeks of sleeping outside with minimal human contact (though, there was a man who kept giving him potions as he passed for some reason...) - Alex woke to a boisterous Pidgey climbing on him, screeching at any other Pokemon who dared come close. Waking, Alex felt the Pidgey's cool feathers and petted it, surprised that the Pidgey did not bite or flee. This was the start of a powerful relationship. Alex returned home to get more supplies - startling his mother who had no idea that he'd only been 2km away this entire time.

Moving throughout the land, Alex and his Pidgey fended off wild Pokemon, while not wounding them too much ("They might have babies, okay?") - Alex found that a lot of trainer's Pidgeys, while looking similar, did not have the drive to fight - and therefore only knew very set moves and strategies - such as a simple tackle, while Alex's Pidgey could dodge and counterattack at once, and apply powerful gust attacks to slow the opponent, and position them for powerful wing clips.
Alex calculated that a Pokemon who wants to fight, will have more capacity and determination to do so - and would be able to adopt more intelligent strategies than a Pokemon who is more reserved in battle.

Alex's first gym battle was extremely tough - Brock's Rock Pokemon were impervious to Pidgey's attacks - no matter how hard he pecked, or battered the rocks with his wings, there was no result - the only damage he could deal was when Pidgey gusted Geodude into a cluster of rocks with a strong impact force. Alex anticipated this, and was already planning his counter strategy. He trained up Pidgey's endurance - explaining that just like how you can't win a game of Tennis in 5 minutes - you can't break down resilient Pokemon with basic strategies. He trained his Pidgey to use his gusts to amplify gravity several times - pinning trainer's Pokemon against the ground.
When it came to the final battle, Brock had no option but to surrender as, while his Pokemon weren't being destroyed, they were injuring themselves by fighting against the forces applied to them. Alex walked away with the badge - and while other trainers joked that he didn't deserve it as he didn't KO anything, Alex knew they were just butthurt that his Pokemon was so much stronger than theirs.

Alex kept moving, but thought it would be time to get another Pokemon - now Pidgeotto was strong, amazingly strong - but he knew there would be challenges that even the strongest Pidgeotto was not suited to facing. He also knew that other great trainers would be able to counter his strategies when he came to them, particularly keeping the Elite Four in mind. Plus, Sleep Powder and Sing were starting to make battles rather difficult. Alex sat out in fields for days and nights but couldn't find suitable Pokemon. He found himself with 2 badges and in Vermillion City before finding a Pokemon who would fight as well as Pidgeotto.

In the grass leading to Diglett Cave, Alex was stopped by an Eevee. He tried to bypass it, but the Eevee wouldn't let him past - so Alex knew that he would need to fend it off with force. He allowed Pidgeotto to attack the Eevee with restraint, but, as Pidgeotto used simple swoop maneuvers ("It's a wild Pokemon, how strong can it be?") - Eevee would leap upon his wings, dragging him to the ground and threatening to break them playfully. This took Alex by surprise, this Eevee wasn't a menance, it was just playful with a little daring, and, exceptionally strong. After a couple of thwarted swoops, Alex told Pidgeotto to test the Eevee, see exactly how strong it was. Using its superior gusts, and hampering the Eevee's movement, Pidgeotto was able to dominate the battle, but, as there was still restraint being showed, Eevee kept getting back up, refusing to quit.
Alex was perplexed, not only by the Eevee's strength but by its attitude - Alex was mentally grabbing his Pokeballs as Eevee was pinned - but he was not about to catch a Pokemon who may not want to join his party.

Alex and Pidgeotto finally beat the Eevee by gusting it off into the woods - and set up camp for the night. They were woken by yipping sounds, and a lot of buzzing. Eevee had gotten in trouble with a swarm of Beedrill, and was outnumbered too heavily to fight them off. As Eevee ran, Alex made himself known, leading the Eevee and the Beedrill in pursuit to the powerful Gust of a grumpy Pidgeotto. The gust quickly dealt with the Beedrill, and Alex went back to sleep.
Finding Eevee sleeping close by the next morning, Alex started to put the pieces together - and after a brief discussion, he had a new Pokemon.

After obtaining the Thunder Badge, Alex proceeded back to Cerulean - where, due to the cold of winter, it was snowing. After a quick visit to Bill, and the resulting battle with a Rocket Grunt on Nugget Bridge, Eevee started to evolve. Alex was taken aback, what had he done? He wasn't in possession of a stone, and he wasn't in the cold mountains or the lush forests... it was day time - so Eevee must be evolving into Espeon, right?
As Eevee glowed, the snow fell harder, faster, it started to turn into hail... and Alex considered that, as Cerulean is on higher ground than most other towns, and he was higher than Cerulean, on Nugget Bridge... it could in fact be...

Glaceon.
Alex was still a little confused. Why would his Eevee with such a hotheaded, energetic nature evolve into the more passive Glaceon over Flareon and Jolteon? With Eevee's fluid attacks, perhaps Vaporeon would have been more suitable?
Thinking over what he had experienced with Eevee, and it's reflexive aggression, it seemed strange to get an Ice eeveelution... however, behind all of this - perhaps there was level-headed calculation... a somewhat cold formula to battle?

Either way, Alex was extremely happy... it was unexpected - and opened up more possibilities for his Pokemon. Truthfully, there are only so many different ways to tackle a Caterpie. Alex and his Pokemon ran to the Pokemon Center to get out of the hail storm. They eventually made it, using Pidgeotto as a wind shield, as Glaceon tried to deflect as much ice as possible.
They were bunkered down by the hail storm, stuck in the Pokemon Center for 12 days - where you could barely see out the windows for the icy fog moving through the region. "If you could produce these fogs in battle, Glaceon... you could get away with anything..."

After the storm subsided, Alex went to visit Bill a last time before moving to Lavender. In the storms, Bill had grown bored with his teleportation experiments, and had started on something new. Something genetic...
"It'll make you closer to your Pokemon..."
"I don't need that Bill, we're as close as you can get..."
"Really - you will climb to unimaginable heights!"
"Are you sure it won't turn me into like a Pokemon like all your other experiments?"
"Errr... yeeaahh?"
The last answer didn't sound promising.

Alex woke a week later, there was so much fog in his mind... what had happened to him? He felt fine... aside from the week lost... he was hungry...
It seemed the fog had followed his consciousness to the real world... as he woke to a chilled sensation... "Okay Glaceon... you can cut that out..."
"It's not Glaceon, Alex... it's you..."
"Damn it Bill! Why do you alw---"
Alex neglected to finish his sentence as his relieved Pokemon jumped to greet him.

That's how Alex got this way... an Esper... his cold battle calculations, and apathy towards humanity... manifesting in a fog... a chill...
He considered himself lucky to have his Pokemon to keep him warm. His love for them fighting this fog... their love for him warming his frosted heart...
He still travels with them - still trying to become a master trainer... but now the differences between him and his companions are so much more blurred. Would they let a Pokemon fight in the Indigo League?
