Aha, so we're talking about phones now. I hate my phone. It keeps texting my dad random crap during his important meetings. It also has a really annoying ringtone. Everysingle ringtone is annoying, except for my custom ones. And if Laurel here HAD a phone, I wouldn't have to e-mail her so much!!!

I only got a phone went I went to the other side of the country for a school trip. Otherwise it would have taken much longer to get one.

@ Hinagiku Your earlier suggestion is actually a really good Idea! I talk better with my dad, but I get frustrated with my mom. A letter would help me from getting really frustrated with her, and just keep a normal tone.

@WTP I'm glad it sounds good. Yeah, it's definitely a good way to get your information out sort of neutrally. Hopefully your parents would then be willing to have a calmer conversation about things. I've done it before, and it worked--
