Sure thing.
My spine started to grow spikes, same with my knuckles. I coated them with my metal. I still am not sure of what I can fully do. The metal flowed onto the rest of my body, covering it all.
How's this?

I wouldn't say my father was a metal bender, he could turn himself into metal, but he couldn't alter metal.
