Well not really a suggestion, more like a verification because i'm pretty sure it's gonna be in there but is there gonna be an entirely new friend list inside the game or are the one's on the forum gonna be transferred to the game?

Is there gonna be a friend list at all?

And i know it says explore the PU world by yourself or with a FRIEND but that doesn't really clarify my question.

There should be one, for there is one in most, if not all MMOs.

Currently playing Pokemon XY/ORAS/Shuffle and Clash of Clans and testing out PokemonRevolutionOnline and Dragonmon Hunter....
Also, forum notification emails are not getting in my inbox... again...

I believe there will be one, maybe not at release but soon after that.  as Jerry said most mmos have them, and if pu didn't that would ruin the game for many people.  Just because friendship in mmorpg's seems to be common place nowadays.
