Extra Starters

I've been making new topics alot today because I've only just realised how many ideas i have.
I have a feeling this has already been talked about. Notify me if it has been.

I already know the list of starters so don't say it
You I'm a fan of pokemon yellow so I was thinking (I know bad thing) why not add pikachu and evee
as potential starters in the game.

I was thinking an idea similar to this. except have a list of like 21 pokemon (seperated in to groups) and the 3 you can choose from are randomly selected from the list(no 2 are in the same group) which would give everyone a real interesting start

It has established time and time again that the only starters in PU will be the actual starter pokemon.  If you ever come up with an idea, use the search bar first to make sure it hasn't already been suggested.
