well there's the new "gear" pokemon so that's kind of machine based and such also a missile pokemon would be cool

Nah, I don't think radiation would do well... things that give away radiation are unstable, and hence with time, the pokemon should become less powerful, and then less and then less even.

Oh, concerning the machinery pokemon, there is 'Porygon' which is considered to be man made.
