Just get/loan a scanner somewhere and use Photoshop or something, and there you go. Colors.
Pixlr.com also works. Pretty much the same as GIMP, just in the internet browser

I'm thinking about doing Nidoking and Scyther... Maybe Scissor at the same time :P We'll see which of them (mine vs yours) turn out better :P
