Dream come true
« on: March 01, 2012, 02:57:33 AM »
Hello, I'm Andjhostet and this game is a dream come true, literally, I just had a dream about Pokemon a week ago. I am 18 and I have been addicted to Pokemon since I was 5 years old. I took my Gameboy Color everywhere to play Red version. I played it at lunch time rather than eating. I also have played hundreds of hours on Gold (not HeartGold) and Ruby. I have played every game available to Gameboy Advance. Unfortunately I do not have a DS, so I am very unfamiliar with 4th and 5th gen. I can't wait for this game to be available. Any announcements on when beta will be launched? I have searched the forums and haven't found much.

Hi there andjhostet! Welcome to PU! :)

Nope, there aren't any.

Thank you, am I very out of the loop since I am not quite as familiar with 4th-5th gen? Or is it not really a big deal?

It's not a big deal. It's kind of disapointing really. But you will be able to use your favs effectively thanks to our balance team. Enjoy your stay her at PU, and join us in chat when you can.

Whatchu talkin' 'bout, Cortex?
Gen 5 was epic--good pokemon (for the most part) and great storyline! (Gen 4 was disappointing though, besides Lucario)

It doesn't matter the least! Anyone will be able to make good teams with their favourite pokemon irrespective of which generation they come from.
