Got any ideas cause I live in central. I've noticed lubbies gets on at around twelve in the afternoon but the rest of us alternate.

not like that! Have you seen the other RPs? They have an in RP time system that only changes when everyone is ready for a time change. For example it's morning and sunny, then it's afternoon and partly cloudy. But the time only changes when the RP creator says of course. Take a look at any of the other RPs on this site for a better example.
