Lol, no, Reshiram isn't and you won't ever get it in your team to play with in PU, not for ever anyway (that doesn't necessarily imply for less than that time either).

Currently playing Pokemon XY/ORAS/Shuffle and Clash of Clans and testing out PokemonRevolutionOnline and Dragonmon Hunter....

Tepig is probably not getting picked because it evolves into the third fire and fighting starter in a row. It's getting rather old, I think.

You're probably right. On Pokemon Online, I never see Emboar. Just Infernape and Blaziken. Emboar's just...a rehash. A slower, not as awesome rehash.
