Ok, I'm gonna apologize up front. I'm always the person who goes against the sheep. Clicking the ads is nice, but it's not something you should just do because it gives PU money...
I've been part of communities that has gone this road, and they usually get suspended from using google Ads. As a PU team member I sustain from encouraging you to click the ads. I don't care if other members get mad at me. I'd rather help paying for the server than abusing a service like this.

good stuff, battles look good, the characters well designed, liking the feature of the Pokemon following you, though it looks very zoomed out compared to things like PN still should be great to play
yeah, that's because our resolution is 2,5 times PN.

PokÉditor is our own private map creator that is used to generate maps for our game. It is only available to staff members, and therefore it is not a surprise you have not obtained it. Anyway, welcome to Pokemon Universe, and enjoy your stay.

There are no HM in PU. Special moves are learned by doing quests. D:
Learning special moves on the other hand, and it's limitation to one move per pokemon is kinda pointless. Why? Because special moves usually don't give much of an effect or any advantage. As for an extra ability slot... why? What if you also want to use it as an attack?
Fill me in if I missed something.

If you want a scientific answer to the water thingy: For a water pokemon to produce water, it will need some kind of natural power of removing Hydrogen from other components, and combining it with Oxygen. Depending on the pokemons hygiene, the little water actually touching the things inside, should be limited. It's however uncertain whether the water would be drinkable due to other particles possibly being present. Of course, you may drink any liuquid, but whether it's good for you is another story.
In a pokemon story/setting however; nothing stops the water from being "drinkable".
