I haven't played Stadium, but if you can choose your pokemon after your opponent send his, then that's never going to work.
Otherwise, there is an option like that in PO, where both trainers get to see the other trainer's party and choose one pokemon to open the battle. This will perhaps be an option with PvP battles or tournament battles, but for NPC, I don't think that it's necessary.
Yeah in pokemon stadium you see the opponents team and you get to pick the first pokemon to send out. I agree with you about only using for pvp though.

You're probably right about everyone training ev's so I just hope it's way easier to use not just a simpler system.

Is it possible to make it so when you go into battle you can send out any Pokemon in the team like in Pokemon stadium. So if you get challenged to a battle you can send out any Pokemon you want at the beginning not just the Pokemon in the top slot in your team.

I'm 13 and the polls are saying that it's ages 11-20 so I'd say something like 14+

To be honest im happy about that. EVs are more annoying than fun. It does mean you can have more individual pokemon but the work you have to put into it is so boring. [/quote] You've got a good point there

Torchic. Mainly because it was my first ever starter ever and it was the original fire fight and way cooler than the other two
