The only real suggestion I have is for your Ferrothorn. If you're dropping your speed IV to 0, you might as well use a Brave nature so you still get the Attack boost, but have less Speed. Also, perhaps change the held item to an Iron Ball, for further speed reduction.
Also in case of accidental Speed IV exposure, there are those berries that make a Pokemon friendlier, but they lower IV values. Like the Pomeg berries or whatever lol i forgot which ones did
Actually, the berries only lower the Ev's, not the Iv's.

Miltank is ok, It has almost tanking capabilitites, and also it can learn stealth rock, And, It has instant recovery.
