I recently formatted my pc and erased a whole bunch of my works, But luckily i saved up a bunch of my works on photobucket.

All of my works are made via photoshop.

I don't speak for the PU team, but I don't think banners are a current priority.

That being said, I do KNOW that your age and timezone will not be an issue. your age doesn't matter, just so long as you're mature, and your location doesn't matter, as long as you can be online for a few hours while the rest of the team is online.
