um cortex Steven King is the master of horror then R.L Stine but i don't care for either i cant handle horror as a genre unless its something like zombies because the concept of them is so obscure and preposterous there's no reason to fear them.

Unlike ayara who hates zombies but is fine with horror for some reason.

Ahaha, Cortex is right about the suspense. It's a large part of horror.  The sense of what's coming is what drives the victim to break down psychologically. However, a false sense of security up until they meet their demise is also important. Horror is somewhat about the psychological torture you can put someone through, and the gorier the situation, the better.

I guess Suspense and Horror have to go hand in hand, though. ;P Maybe I can say that I master the gorier aspects.

And lol, Humen, that's because she doesn't know what's coming. I already told her there would be spiders, but I'm trying to make the game as emotionally painful for the viewers as it is for the characters XD

Actually wTP, I hate to argue with you... But though suspense and horror compliment each other nicely, one isn't required to have the other. Such as, you'd be horrified if you came home to find your whole family dead. There was no suspense that caused horror, of course you'd want to find out how, but that's not what horrified you.

But I'm too lazy to add anything else to this argument. xD

Such as, you'd be horrified if you came home to find your whole family dead. There was no suspense that caused horror, of course you'd want to find out how, but that's not what horrified you.
