Basically the Dutch word for eight is acht. Normally to get a number like eighty you add 'tig' on the end.   E.G. four = vier Fourty = viertig
However, for some reason for eighty, you add a 't' on the front as well. Because this breaks the general rule, many little kids say 'achtig' instead of 'tachtig'. Prachtig means wonderful. (I spelt it wrong earlier woops)
So the rhyme means 'Eighty (said wrongly) , Eighty all are wonderful'

Ah! Ok, this is the third, fourth, fifth and sixth Dutch words I learn :P

I once saw natuur 'something' somewhere and typed it in the translator... and I added denke instead of the 'something' and got natural thinking :D
