To answer your question, you can't play it yet. The game is currently in Pre-beta, which means only certain people can play it. This is to make sure everything is working properly and they have all the content needed before releasing a public beta.

Currently playing Pokemon XY/ORAS/Shuffle and Clash of Clans and testing out PokemonRevolutionOnline and Dragonmon Hunter....
