um from my personal mmorpg experience i'd say at least 30 people per clan/guild/legion/whatever else, groups of 6 would be just like a normal group, and 15 would be basically an alliance or super group

Plus, the clan leader or someone with a high rank should be able to accept/reject people from the clan.

How about, the Top 5 ranked clan members can kick ppl out, but only those below them.

Ex. #1 can kick everyone. #2 can kick>> #3 can kick>> #4 can kick>> #5 can kick>> #6 and below Cant kick.
